You may not use Omni Browser to:

- steal, collect, test, share, or misuse credentials, tokens, cookies, API keys, or session data;
- bypass login, paywall, CAPTCHA, rate limit, security control, or access restriction;
- impersonate another person or organization without permission;
- run credential stuffing, password spraying, phishing, or account takeover workflows.
3. Malware, Security Abuse, and Harmful Automation
You may not use the Service to create, deploy, distribute, or assist malware, spyware, ransomware, botnets, exploit kits, vulnerability exploitation, destructive automation, unauthorized scanning, or activity intended to compromise systems.
4. Spam, Fraud, and Deceptive Activity
You may not use Omni Browser for spam, phishing, scam campaigns, fraudulent lead generation, fake reviews, fake engagement, deceptive impersonation, misleading outreach, market manipulation, ad fraud, or evasion of anti-abuse systems.
5. Scraping, Data Collection, and Third-Party Website Rules
You are responsible for following applicable laws and third-party website terms. You may not use the Service to collect data in a way that is unlawful, deceptive, invasive, or prohibited by the applicable site or account rules. If a website blocks automation, rate-limits you, or asks you to stop, you must respect that restriction.
6. Sensitive and Regulated Data
You may not use Omni Browser to collect, process, or expose sensitive personal information without authorization and a lawful basis. Sensitive data may include financial information, health information, government IDs, biometric data, precise geolocation, children’s data, employment records, protected class data, credentials, or other regulated information.
7. High-Impact Decisions
You may not use Omni Browser as the sole basis for decisions about employment, credit, housing, insurance, healthcare, education, legal rights, criminal justice, immigration, eligibility for essential services, or other high-impact decisions. Human review and appropriate professional judgment are required.
8. Professional Advice Restrictions
Omni Browser does not provide legal, medical, tax, financial, investment, insurance, employment, or other professional advice. You may not present AI-generated outputs as professional advice without appropriate qualified review.
9. Harassment, Abuse, and Harmful Content
You may not use the Service to harass, threaten, stalk, exploit, dox, defame, discriminate, or target individuals or groups. You may not generate or distribute content that is unlawful, abusive, hateful, sexually exploitative, or otherwise harmful.
10. Platform Abuse
You may not interfere with the Service, overload infrastructure, abuse credits, exploit bugs, evade limits, resell unauthorized access, reverse engineer the platform, or use automated systems to attack, scrape, or degrade Omni Browser.
11. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and may block workflows, restrict features, suspend accounts, terminate access, remove content, preserve evidence, notify affected parties, or report activity to law enforcement or regulators when appropriate.
