This Privacy Policy explains how Next Level Empire LLC, operating Omni Browser, collects, uses, shares, stores, and protects information when you use our websites, applications, browser-agent workflows, AI features, dashboards, billing flows, support channels, and related services.

By using Omni Browser, you acknowledge that your information will be handled as described in this Privacy Policy. If you use Omni Browser on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to provide information and use the Service for that organization.

We may collect your name, email address, organization name, login identifiers, authentication provider data, user ID, workspace ID, plan type, account role, and account status. Omni Browser may support authentication through providers such as Clerk and Firebase Google Auth.

Billing information

Payments may be processed by Stripe or another payment processor. We may receive billing status, plan, subscription status, charge status, customer ID, invoice metadata, and limited payment information. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.

Workspace and product usage information

We may collect workspace configuration, plan entitlements, credit usage, workflow selections, run history, session state, saved artifacts, feature usage, support events, device/browser metadata, logs, and operational telemetry needed to provide and improve the Service.

Browser-agent session information

When you direct Omni Browser to perform a browser-agent workflow, the Service may process prompts, instructions, URLs, page content, screenshots, browser actions, generated artifacts, session logs, status events, and related metadata. This information is used to perform the requested workflow, show results, debug issues, secure the Service, enforce limits, and improve product reliability.

Credentials, vault, and connected-session information

Some workflows may require access to websites or tools you authorize. Omni Browser may support credential vaults or session capture flows designed to reduce repeated logins. You are responsible for ensuring you have permission to connect any account, website, or tool. Do not provide credentials or access to accounts you are not authorized to use.

We use these providers to perform user-requested work, operate infrastructure, secure the platform, and improve reliability. Provider processing is subject to contractual terms, technical controls, and the provider’s applicable policies.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use private workspace/session content to train our own foundation models. Third-party AI providers may process information to provide the requested Service and may have their own terms governing abuse monitoring, retention, and model improvement. Where available and appropriate, we seek to use business, API, or enterprise configurations that limit provider training on customer content.

Workspace artifacts, run history, and storage limits may vary by plan. Deleted information may remain in backups or logs for a limited period before deletion according to operational retention schedules.
