Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how Next Level Empire LLC handles refunds for Omni Browser subscriptions, Starter Trial issues, credits, Power Packs, and billing problems.

1. General Refund Position

Payments for Omni Browser are generally non-refundable, including subscription fees, credits, Power Packs, and other paid features, except where required by law or where we approve a refund in our discretion for a qualifying billing or technical issue.

2. Subscriptions

You may cancel a subscription at any time. Unless otherwise stated, cancellation stops future renewals and you keep access until the end of the current billing period. We generally do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused time, unused capacity, storage limits, or unused credits.

3. Starter Trial

The Starter Trial may be offered as $0 today · card required with 300 execution credits. Card setup is used to activate the trial and prepare the workspace. If you believe you were charged unexpectedly or incorrectly during Starter Trial setup, contact support@omnibrowser.online promptly.

4. Credits and Power Packs

Power Packs and credit purchases are generally non-refundable. Credits are intended for product usage and may be consumed by AI actions, workflow execution, browser-agent sessions, artifacts, and related processing. Used credits are not refundable except where required by law or where we determine a technical issue prevented use of the purchased credits.

5. Technical Issues

If a technical issue caused a failed charge, duplicate charge, inability to access purchased credits, or major service failure affecting paid usage, contact support within a reasonable time. We may review logs, account activity, usage, billing history, and support information before deciding whether to issue a refund, credit, or other remedy.

6. Duplicate or Accidental Charges

If you believe you were charged twice, charged after cancellation, or charged in error, contact support@omnibrowser.online with your account email, charge date, amount, and a description of the issue.

7. Abuse, Policy Violations, and Suspensions

If your account is suspended or terminated for violating the Terms or Acceptable Use Policy, you may lose access to the Service and may not be eligible for a refund.

8. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback, we may suspend access while the dispute is reviewed. Contacting support first is usually the fastest way to resolve billing issues.
