Data Processing Addendum
Omni Browser is operated by Next Level Empire LLC. For eligible business customers, we can provide Data Processing Addendum materials for review upon request.
This page explains how business customers can request DPA materials. It is not the full Data Processing Addendum agreement and does not replace a signed contract, order form, or written agreement with Next Level Empire LLC.
When a DPA May Be Needed
A Data Processing Addendum may be relevant when a business customer uses Omni Browser to process personal data on behalf of that customer, its users, employees, contractors, leads, customers, or other individuals.
Because Omni Browser can support AI-assisted web workflows, browser-agent sessions, saved artifacts, run history, and workspace data, some organizations may need additional data-processing terms for vendor review, privacy review, or procurement review.
How to Request DPA Materials
To request DPA materials, contact legal@omnibrowser.online.
Please include:
- company name;
- account email;
- business address or jurisdiction;
- primary privacy/legal contact;
- whether your organization is requesting the DPA for GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, vendor review, procurement, or another requirement;
- any required vendor forms or security/privacy questionnaires;
- any deadline for review.
Information We May Need
To process a DPA request, we may need to understand:
- which Omni Browser plan or workspace your organization uses;
- what categories of data you expect to process;
- whether you use browser-agent sessions, saved artifacts, credential/session features, or team workspaces;
- whether you need subprocessors or vendor information;
- whether you need security or privacy documentation for procurement review.
Data Processing Position
Omni Browser primarily stores and processes data in the United States. Depending on customer use, the Service may process account information, authentication information, billing status, workspace data, prompts, workflow instructions, website content provided or accessed by the user, browser-agent session metadata, artifacts, logs, and support communications.
Next Level Empire LLC uses service providers and infrastructure vendors to operate Omni Browser. These may include hosting, database, authentication, payment, analytics, AI/model, automation, monitoring, support, and security providers.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for determining whether Omni Browser is appropriate for their intended use, whether they have a lawful basis to process personal data, whether they are authorized to connect third-party accounts or websites, and whether their workflows comply with applicable laws and third-party terms.
Customers should not submit sensitive or regulated information unless they are authorized to do so and the workflow is appropriate for that data.
Relationship to Other Policies
This DPA request page works alongside Omni Browser’s other public policies:
Privacy Policy · Terms of Service · Acceptable Use Policy · Security
If there is a conflict between this informational page and a signed agreement with Next Level Empire LLC, the signed agreement controls for the parties to that agreement.
