Security at Omni Browser
Omni Browser is built by Next Level Empire LLC with security, workspace control, and responsible AI-agent execution in mind. Our platform is designed to help users complete real web work with AI agents while maintaining account protection, human oversight, and clear operational boundaries.
Security is an ongoing process. We use secure authentication, workspace-scoped access, session controls, encrypted transport, operational monitoring, and platform guardrails to reduce risk and protect user workspaces.
Account and Authentication Security
Omni Browser supports secure account access through authentication providers such as Clerk and Firebase Google Auth. Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials, email accounts, devices, and connected third-party accounts secure.
Where supported, Omni Browser may use email verification, provider-based authentication, session handling, and account checks to help protect access to the platform.
Workspace-Scoped Access
Omni Browser is designed around workspace-scoped access. Product data, saved artifacts, run history, workflows, credits, sessions, and account state should remain tied to the appropriate user or organization workspace.
Users should only invite people they trust and should remove access when a person no longer needs it.
Browser-Agent Session Controls
Omni Browser may help users run browser-agent workflows that navigate websites, analyze information, create artifacts, and assist with repeatable web work. These workflows are intended to be user-directed and reviewed by humans.
Users remain responsible for the websites, accounts, prompts, credentials, instructions, and actions they authorize. Sensitive actions should be reviewed and approved by a human before relying on or executing them.
Credential and Session Handling
Some workflows may require users to access third-party websites or accounts. Omni Browser may support credential vaults or session-based access controls designed to reduce repeated logins and protect workspace access.
Users must only connect accounts they are authorized to use. Omni Browser does not grant permission to access third-party websites or accounts, and users remain responsible for following third-party terms and applicable laws.
Data Storage and Processing
Omni Browser primarily stores and processes data in the United States. Depending on your use of the Service, Omni Browser may process account information, workspace data, prompts, workflow instructions, browser-agent session metadata, screenshots, artifacts, run history, billing status, and support communications.
We work to protect this information through access controls, encrypted transport, monitoring, operational safeguards, and responsible vendor use.
AI and Automation Safety
Omni Browser uses AI and automation providers to help users complete requested workflows. AI outputs and browser-agent actions can be incomplete, incorrect, or affected by third-party website behavior.
Users should review important outputs before relying on them. Omni Browser should not be used as the sole basis for legal, medical, financial, employment, insurance, housing, education, or other high-impact decisions.
Abuse Prevention
We monitor for abuse, fraud, platform misuse, suspicious activity, and policy violations. We may limit, suspend, or block accounts, workflows, domains, sessions, or features that create security, legal, safety, reliability, or platform risk.
Prohibited uses are described in our Acceptable Use Policy.
